Privacy Notice
This draft describes the intended handling of email and purchase information. It is not a final privacy notice and must be reviewed for the owner’s jurisdiction and actual processors before launch.
Information expected at launch
When enabled, a free-sample request is expected to collect an email address. A completed purchase is expected to provide customer and order information required for fulfillment, receipts, download access, support, and legal recordkeeping.
How information is used
Information should be used only to deliver the requested sample or purchase, provide support, maintain access records, and send any communications the customer has validly consented to receive.
Before activation
The owner must identify the final seller, contact email, processors, retention periods, unsubscribe method, applicable privacy rights, and analytics consent approach before publishing this notice as final.
