Refund Policy

If your purchased files are corrupted or unusable, or you do not receive access to your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first troubleshoot, restore access, resend the delivery, or replace the affected file. If FractionalOps cannot remedy that delivery or file-integrity issue, the owner may approve a refund.

Once you have received working access to and downloads of the purchased files, the purchase is final. The guarantee does not cover change of mind, non-use, subjective dissatisfaction, rebranding or use of the templates, or business results. The templates remain editable working tools; buyers are responsible for their own professional judgment and client-specific use.

Submit a request through Support with the purchase email and order details, along with the affected file or delivery issue. Requests are reviewed by the owner; automated systems do not issue refunds or make policy exceptions.
