Refund Policy

FractionalOps is intended to launch with a plain 14-day refund policy. This draft must be approved by the owner and attorney before any payment link is activated.

Intended policy

Buyers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed by the owner; automated systems do not issue refunds or make policy exceptions.

Before activation

The owner and counsel must approve the request channel, seller contact details, applicable consumer-law wording, digital-goods disclosures, tax treatment, and any jurisdiction-specific requirements.
