FractionalOps Operating Library is a one-time purchase with immediate delivery of all 16 files. It is not a subscription and does not include recurring delivery, a scheduled release cycle, or entitlement to future updates. Protected download access lasts 12 months and may be reissued through Support using the purchase email.

The 14-day guarantee applies only when purchased files are not delivered or accessible, or are corrupted or unusable, and FractionalOps cannot remedy the issue after troubleshooting, resend, or repair. Once working access and downloads have been received, purchases are final; there is no refund for change of mind, non-use, subjective dissatisfaction, rebranding or use, or business results. Refund requests remain owner-approved.
